Our Maidenhead office is open with skeleton staff Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Closed Saturdays).
Some of our staff continue to work remotely to ensure that we adhere to Government Guidelines in keeping everyone, customers and our own staff and contractors safe. We are maintaining virtually all marketing and management services, other than viewings of occupied properties.
All Staff are able to receive and reply to emails forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org or via this website. Telephones may be diverted to staff mobiles but messages left will be actioned appropriately.
However please note the following:
Maintenance – Most of our contractors are now operational but we will only ask them to attend for URGENT maintenance issues, or where reasonable steps have been taken to check and resolve issues.
If you suspect you or another occupant have contracted, or have been exposed to COVID 19, you must notify us when you report the maintenance issue.
Our contractors are still likely to want to assess the situation over the phone and where possible we ask you to provide relevant pictures.
Contractors may reserve the right not to enter or request that any occupants absent themselves from the area where there is the issue whilst they are on site.
Viewings - Virtual viewings of rental properties are available on request. ‘In person’ viewings can be arranged, but only after a virtual tour has been conducted and a vetting process has been completed. This will ensure we keep contact and contamination risks to a minimum.
Again applicants should cancel their appointment if they suspect they have the virus or have been exposed to it
